About PlanCon

Born out of a long held desire to create a niche Planning and Programming business PlanCon was set up to provide a personal, professional, reliable and robust service to the Construction Industry.

Whilst continuing to forge and grow long term relationships with our existing Clients, PlanCon’s ultimate aim is to be the Construction Planning and Programming provider of choice.

We are currently working with a number of main contractors and consultants in the UK providing Pre-Construction, Contract and Post-Contract support in a number of sectors across the industry. These sectors include Highways, Retail, Leisure, Commercial, High-Rise Residential, Public Realm, Hotels and Infrastructure.

Services

Pre-Construction

We can provide a complete tender service; including a detailed programme, fully priced prelims, phasing plans & other submission documents, producing client presentations and attending interviews.
Over the past 3 years we have provided Pre-Construction & Tender support to over £500million worth of projects. Over £150million of the £500million tendered projects were successfully converted into live contracts.

Contract

We can provide full contract support throughout the life of a project; including progress monitoring, programme updates and an objective and independent assessment of the works on site. We can also provide extensive support on NEC contracts, including the impact assessment of PMI’s / CE’s.
Contract support has been provided to over £200million of projects over the past 3 years.

Post-Contract

We can provide post-contract support to Clients; including assessing delays, either retrospectively or during the contract as part of our contract support service, and provide supportive documents to substantiate their claims; including as-built programmes, narratives and assessments.
